Last Wednesday, I had a major blood test, and they told me the results would
be back on Thursday. This is the first full test I have had since being
diagnosed last September.
On Thursday, I called the office to get my readings, as my triglycerides at
least are totally off the wall. My primary doctor didn't return my call,
but it was returned by an associates medical assistant, who informed that my
readings were in good shape, except that my blood glucose readings were low.
This is crap, as he didn't have the averages from my meter, and when I asked
about other numbers, she hung up. In short, I found out nothing about what
I really wanted to know.
Do I have the right to be angry, or should I cut them some slack? I'm not
asking anyone to pass judgement on how my doctor's office works, but should
I be concerned?
Sorry for being so lengthy, but, I'm shopping for opinions based on
experience.
