Hi Dar,
Fruit probably isn't the best choice. choice Fruit is all carbohydrates and
tends to cause your blood sugar to rise and fall in a short period of time.
The best type of snacks have some fat and protein to help maintain a good
blood sugar level over a longer period of time. Plus, complex carbohydrates
are a better choice as they tend to cause your blood sugar to rise and fall
more gradually.
