[Diabetes-talk] question

Hello Paul,

Who is your supplier? I can contact them to ensure they're the correct
strip. The only way you can tell the difference is by the number on the
box. Do you have access to a sighted person who can check the boxes for
you? The stock number you need is 52900 for the Prodigy Voice. The
Prodigy Auto Code uses number 52800.

I'd be happy to contact your supplier to ensure you're getting the
correct supplies if you'd like.

I'm an Account Representative with the manufacturer of the Voice.

Best Regards,

Subject: [Diabetes-talk] question

Yesterday, I got a call from my medical supplier about shipping me some
new
strips, etc. I am concerned that the guy constantly referred to my
meter as
a prodigy audocode, rather than a prodigy voice.

Worse case scenario, is there a way I can tell if they send me the wrong
strips? Please advise. Thanks.

Paul
