Hi List, I just did my a1c Yesterday, and it came in at 6.5. I was thrilled! I started walking this summer, and walked five miles a day, on average. My cholesterol is down, triglycerides are down, all in normal ranges. My doctor is thrilled, and so am I! Last a1c was 7.2.
