Hi D m Gina,
Yes you should be able to get the pins that are already measured. Please
realize that the rules and regulations seem to change all the time. But
Medicare seems to cover blind diabetics and their insulin drawing and
administration.
You can always go to the Medicare Durable Equipment Section and get an
answer from them.
Regards,
Ed Bryant

I enjoyed reading this article.
A question here, please,
with Medicare problems,
will we still be able to get the Pins that are already mesured?
Or will there come a time when we all need to learn how to do this
measuring you explained.
I use the pin insulin just before a meal.
Being a type two diabetic.
I am hoping that I will always be able to use the pin.
thanks for a wonderful well job done.
