Cheryl,
hi this is Debbie Fredericks i wrote about my kidneys and the hypos i have so often.
At this time my kidneys have gone from stage 4 back to stage 2 at last check the creatin level was 2.7 i had been taking a little insulin no more than 2 units when i ate. i stopped doing that and i'm hoping now the hypos will stop.
i guess time will tell. i hate those hypos i can't catch them any longer so i am forever checking the blood sugar.
i am wondering if an insulin pump would be any good for me? what do u think?
Debbie

Hi Debbie:
I myself was on dialysis from 2002 until 2005 I had a life saving Kidney
Transplant that my dear friend Steve Carroll gave me one of his, and he
recently passed away at the age of 44 on January 29th, 2010 from a fast
moving cancer.
Anyway, when you are going through this kind of stress on the body insulin
may need to be increased, and may also need to increase more as more and
more decrease in the kidneys are effected.
I totally understand what you are going through, so if you need an ear or a
shoulder to cry on please we are all hear to help as well as you can contact
me off list at cherylandmaxx at hotmail.com

that's great about the earrings.
i have ?. i have been told my kidneys r not working as good as they should
stage 2 kidney disease. because of this i have been told the insulin i take
is stacking causing hypos, has anyone on here ever had this type of problem
with type 1 diabetes? i have asked my doctors and not gotten any response.
Anyone on here know what to do?
Debbie

Good news everyone!
I now have a total of 100 pairs of the Mickey Mouse earrings to use as a
fundraiser for all 3 groups. They are $10 each, and have one cubic zirconium
stone for Mickey's face and 2 smaller ones on top so it looks like his head
and ears.
They are $10 each.
How many can I sell you?
Thank you!
Di
