well when it comes to insurance not really, and if the person was smart that 
this has happened to they can write to that state Insurance Fund and 
complain.

I have been trying to find out this information.

But with privacy with HIPAA I am not expecting the company to give out 
names. That is illegal unless the patients wants to give the information.
