Yah Gang!! I'm great! Busy as a bever! Had a huge birthday party for our
little Virginia on Saturday afternoon. Had a full house. So full in fact,
that people were sitting on the steps eating their spaghetti dinners. Ran
out of both chairs and space. A whole lot of people standing around too.
Virginia turns seven on Wednesday! A little Irish lady from Thailand?
Hahaha!! I'll be having veggies and dip for lunch for the next three days.
Don't mind a bit. I order the veggy trays, (without the dips) I prefer to
make my own dips. I've got a whole collection of dip recipes. Veggie dips,
fondues, mexican dips, spinach dips, crab dips, Shrimp, and the like. Even
found a nice recipe for hummus, (bean kurd). Love it!! I guess I'm a
member of enough other lists that sometimes, I don't know whether I'm comin'
or goin'.
Now, onto a million other things today. Email reports to the Kids'
teachers, put in a few hours work, get plans under way for a baby shower for
necxt month for a friend. Gotta graduation and dinner I'm attending this
afternoon and evening, and the list never ends. Bill's got the kids tonight
when they get off the bus.
Have a great day!
Bern
