The response was that I was giving was that, this person is going to have to 
get another meter and that there is nothing they can do about it.

That is the response I got. I said have a nice day, and hung up the phone. 
I don't think that is a response that the person I am in contact with is 
looking for either.

I have given her other names of meters such as Solo Meter.
