Wow Mike,
This is one of the first things shared in articles that the diabetic 
medicine is what is causing this to happen.
I am told riding a bike or water exercise will not help this problem at all.
Just climbing stairs if I can't get outside well in the winter months.
Yes I take two pills a day for the d and calcium.
Interesting thanks for sharing.
