For your hypoglycemia, you may want to experiment with eating more often. If 
diabetic friendly snacks are a problem as you indicated, perhaps four or 
five smaller meals. And, explore what is a snack. A snack can be literally 
anything that you could normally eat. It is hard to give examples not 
knowing the food availability in your country but this may be one option to 
help have a more smooth insulin level available to the body throughout the 
day. I am not a medical professional so consult your diabetic team also.
