[Diabetes-talk] Grandma's Obit...

Hey Joy: The attachment is merely the link to Diane's Grandma's obit with
all the info for memorial services and such.

As for the raw peeling fingers, I recommend a couple things. I would advise
her that if she's using alcohol swaves to clean her fingers before testing,
that's going to be her very biggest issue right there because alcohol is so
drying to the skin. I simply wash my hands with warm soapy water, rincing
them thoroughly with warm water. My hands are always dry. As a matter of
fact, I always make silly jokes about my shaving Bill's face with my bare
hands because my hands are so rough. I'm Polish and still stubborn and use
my fingers anyway because although the Prodigy Voice allows for "Alternate
Site Testing," the capillary action is far superior from the fingers,
allowing for superior accuracy. That is in addition to Mike's commentary.
