No matter what the doctors say our bodys do need salt and sugar.
Not over amounts but our bodys do need this, or we couldn't live.
I bake with sugar cane and will never stop.
My a one c is 6.2 the last time it was checked.
I think this time it might be higher, with changing of pills.
