yes Mike I agree, love the veggies for lunch or dinner.
I have a lady here in town who eats spaghetti in the morning, then the 
rest of the day she can work it off.
Now that wouldn't be for me for breakfast either.
What I enjoy on behalf of this list, is we all can laugh and enjoy 
learning at the same time.
Encouraging each other to learn that it is ok to be a diabetic, life 
goes on, and we learn how to pick up and keep moving rite along.
Yes when we start out we are scared, then we learn that we can control 
what is happening.
glad questions are asked on the list, so we all can learn.
