nuts have a good fat content, especially pecans, pistachios, walnuts, etc.
Also good fat for good cholesterol.
not all fats are bad.

Peculiar, I would say. I do know, however, that many nuts have an extremely
high fat content. However, maybe there are other folks who have more
knowledge than I RE: the different fat content of different kinds of nuts.
