I like the organic Casco brand, but you do have to stir plenty to absorb the
oil. I also recently discovered bitter melon as a natural sugar blocker;
you may want to consider taking it in tablet form from the health food
stores as you might find the natural taste too bitter for human
consumption--it really does lower your blood sugar quickly and I find that I
am having to reduce my oral meds as I take more of the natural tablets.
