[Diabetes-talk] An excellent idea

With respect, I don't think this list is of sufficiently high traffic to
warrant use of digest mode which is, if truth be told, primarily for sighted
folks who can glance down thru messages to find that which is of interest.
And asking people to delete quoted material is as spitting into the wind; it
ain't gonna happen.

Thanks, Diane! I subscribe to the digest version and it would be of
great help if people would delete everything after their reply. Of course,
this works best when responding to individual emails and not necessarily the
digest--but I'm not real sure about that.
If you are getting the digest version like I do, you can try searching for
the message and number with the find command "message: 2" without the
quotation marks, or whatever the next number may be. Often I jump to the
messages by number this interest me most after reading the today's index. I
have also used the find command for the words "content-type" which appears
right before the message but doesn't always work and when people don't sign
the message then you can only guess as to who might have written it. But,
deleting everything after your signature is the best suggestion which I will
now do!
