Hi Paul,
to clarify, do you mean that Medicaid (which is a state based program) has reduced coverage in Ohio?  And the only reason Medicaid is covering your supplies is that you do not qualify for Medicare (federal coverage for the elderly and disabled)?

Cheryl, I just met with the cde in my doctor's office today, and was told that as a cost-saving move, medicare had reduced this coverage for suppliers in Cincinnati, and also Cleveland, Ohio.  
I'm not sure about the rest of the state, and I was further
advised that the only reason I can still have them is that I'm not qualified to participate in medicare is why I can get mine.
