Oh this is a shot not a pill.
So it would work faster.
I know I am not good at this either.
I hope that side effect would go away quickly.
Or if a cracker would help it out.
Toast Serial anything like that.
One of the other things it said, was it could constipate you.
Just what I need giggle.
They said eat oat meal before you go to bed and you would be fine the 
next morning.
Now I eat oat meal, but never before bed.
Giggle.
