[Diabetes-talk] Any Vegetarians Out there???

I am not vegetarian, but love veggie sandwiches.. as long as they are not 
vegan, which means no eggs or dairy and you have a Costco close by.. 
typically the bread isn't so much an issue, although pita makes a good 
bread, and look for tzaiki in the dips, a yogurt cucumber dip offered in 
middle east or Greek restaurants, pronounced tazeeki. Costco often has other 
good yogurt dips too, these all make great flavorful spreads, as well as 
dips for veggies. Add  some sprouts preferably or shredded lettuce, cucumber 
and or tomato slices, maybe a bit of feta cheese and yum!
