Hi,
   I've been using Victoza for quite some time.  For a while I was using 
in conjunction with insulin, but I found a diet that's been really 
successful for me.  I changed my eating havits enough and lost enough 
weight to be taken off the insulin.  I'm still on the Victoza though, 
and a couple other oral meds to still help with the diabetes.  Hope this 
helps.
