They are a prescription Medical company, that offers mail order service to the clients of the HMO you are dealing with, you may not have the option like Medicare patients have.
Meaning like myself who is on Medicare, can use any durable Medical Supply Company, which these are medical supplies and not drugs.  You might have to use a regular pharmacy to get these if your insurance allows you to use one of the local pharmacies. 
Again, this has to be approved my your medical insurance company and not the Prescription Provider.
