Hi Albert and crew:

I myself have been looking at the different software programs out that might allow me to download blood sugars. So, yes, I have often wondered about the serial number. Thanks for bringing it up. My largest disappointment of late is that Prodigy has dropped the ball on the "talking" insulin pump. I so was looking forward to it. So, being that the "talking" serial number is not in the meter at this time it will probably be a long time before we see this advancement.
