You are absolutely correct. However, the insulin pen warning resolution (I
think it's 2008-07), was written as it was because neither I nor those who
helped write the resolutions knew whether insulin viles and/or syringes have
those damnable warnings that we need to use them under supervision of a
sighted person. If they do, by golly, we'll it's perfectly fine to put in a
further resolution expanding 2008-07.
The frustrating part of this is that such nonsense falls into a gray area of
the law such that civil rights statutes don't apply.
However, with the help of Ann Williams, Tom and Eileen Rivera-Ley and many
others, we'll make inroads into the usual prejudices on this front.
In actuality, although I suppose CDEs could be held liable for violating the
insulin pen warnings, those I've had just said: "Here! These are pens you
might find useful! Pick one!" That poor Tamara ran into Lilly's bureaucracy
is unfortunate.

Question, doesn't this go more into than just the pens, people still use
syringed and vials as well.
