Say that is good,
I am at 6.9 so you are doing well.
Even adding on a third pill that they may encrease the body must have 
gotten used to it.
Who knows.
Even going to the convention, you did swell.
I am going to school to get a dog, and I asked about salads things like that.
So I will try to have a nice salad for lunch.
Serial for breakfast, and then the main meal.
I do try hard, but when walking, I want to make sure I don't drop to low.
Going to New Jersey and more humidity, I am not sure just yet how my 
reaction will be.
Keep up the swell work.
How do you keep balance now, so you won't get to low?
or can you stop insulin now?
Just some thoughts.
