I am so proud of you, losing that much weight.
I also eat 12 grain or molty grain breads.
i have a slice of toast with serial.
Oat meal or a grain serial.
And yes once a week I have ice cream.
One of my down falls in the summer.
A small everything, drives folks silly giggle.
Now that is my favorite part, driving folks silly giggle.
Keep up the swell work.
