Actually? I think an all natural peanut butter, like the Smuckers brand,
would be a wiser move if you're going to have peanut butter at night.

Because peanut butter is high in proteins, but it's also high in carbs and
sugar. Try cheese, slices of turkey or nuts instead. You will get the same
results but with less fat, sugars and carbs.

I also want to add, something I was told a few years back and didn't believe
it first is before bed EDT spoonful of peanut butter. Since I have been
doing this every night I noticed that my sugars are lower when I first wake
up in the mornings.
