I could not have done better myself. You have certainly pipped me to the
post this morning. My fasting reading was 106 which is just inside of
the parameters I have set myself. Keep up the exercise. You may have a
few setbacks in the way of the odd bad reading, but generally, you will
find that you will have better sugar levels all round. I find that when
I stop exercising, my sugar levels begin to climb.
