I would ignore this message were I you. First, I find the supposed originating address exceedingly suspicious. Second, Vipre Internet Security found something suspicious about this message in that when I look at the message Internet headers, all I see is that Vipre scanned it and a long hex number. Third, note the absolutely sloppy typing in the message body. Even were I to consider the message anything other than a phishing scam, I wouldn't answer in that there's no excuse for crappy advertising such as that.

In sum, I'm virtually certain this is a phishing scam. Unless you like being on the hook, ignore the message.
