[Diabetes-talk] Allo

If you don't have troubles keeping glucose numbers in a certain range,
I'd say you don't need to use something like this. It sounds like your
friend runs higher, and a product like this may assist in dropping their
sugars. If your doctor isn't recommending it, I'd say you don't need it.
And if you are worried about dropping low, you would test frequently,
take scheduled snacks and follow up with your doctor. But again, it
sounds like your sugars are good enough that a product like this, if it
truly works the way you say, would not be good for you.

I agree with Mike though that it can be tricky truly determining what is
effecting blood sugars when it comes to diet and oral supplements.
There's always talk about organic supplements to treat a variety of
things, but the science isn't always there to support it, and when
considering more mainstream treatments known to help with diabetic
management, it's just tricky to know how much something like an oral
supplement helps. I would want to see more studies and quite frankly,
proof of it.

Sincerely,
Bridgit Kuenning-Pollpeter

Ah yes she keeps excellent control of doing her number testings, and I
know she stays rite on top of it all.
I just thought if anyone else was doing this, how was it working, as
well as I wouldn't want to get to low.
I'm entertaining enough, I don't need to be that entertaining. Smile.
