I've played with the iPhone app for this meter a bit and although VoiceOver
appears to speak all the controls, I haven't figured out how to activate
them. I also don't know whether the meter communicates with the iPhone using
bluetooth or a cable. You'd probably have to get the cable from your
pharmacy or from the manufacturer.
I'm of the opinion that the meter and app are inaccessible at this time.
