Hi Mike,
I'm glad they saw very little diuretic effect for habitual Coffee drinkers.
I also like the fact that you can drink more than one cup of coffee per day.
I cannot remember drinking one cup of coffee per day after age 12.
A real Penance for me would be giving up coffeever for Lent.
I probably would be in lala Land.
It was hard when I was pregnant because I couldn't drink it very often due to nausea.
I think we have to learn to be in tune with our bodies.
