I'm not sure about the cleaning process, but I heard of this product a
while back. Two moms invented it and started a business that's now
making pretty big bucks. I think I saw the story on Katie Couric.

I just got the new machine called yonana.
what this does is take frozen fruit run it threw the machine and you 
have a soft serve ice cream.
Then you can take a half cup for a dessert, or put it on pancakes 
anything like that.
If anyone else has this machine as I do, tell me with out having a 
restling match how to get the top off easy to clean it.
They have other recipes you can add to your fruit if you wish, I did
frozen peaches with blue berries. Now it is in the freezer.
