[Diabetes-talk] Prodigy

When was the prodigy last updated?
I know some here posted about ADS no longer accepting Medicare, but my soap
box has and always will be... the over charge of medical items.
A while back I posted, as my husband changed jobs and my strips must come
via pharmacy.. one offered such, but they are not a mail order so put on
hold... now ADS has a pharmacy, but fee, my copay is the same cost to me as
purchasing my strips via amazon. And send me lancets at $21, pre 2 boxes I
did not request.
I wish more, not just on this list were aware of what pharmacies and supply
store charge our insurance, and our co-pay, as this is one of the big screw
ups in our Us med system.. at least its my opinion and experience.
I know insurance will reduce to an allowable amount, but if my copay is the
same as via amazon? Yes, I need tow match for dates etc., but....
As a diabetic I do not need the stress?
