Yeah. I sound like an old salty sailor when that happens, LOL! I've
learned to keep an arm in front of me when moving about the house or a
hand in front of my face when out and about if I know obstacles are
around that could hit me especially with the kids.

Good -- I'm glad.  

To be honest, I'm not really sure what you do about a concussion other
than not hitting your head again until you're better.  From my own
experience, I find that I need to be a little careful after cracking my
noodle.  I'm always a little off for a few days and therefore a bit
accident prone.

yes I am doing fine.
I hit the area where I had 42 stitches put in falling down a flight of
stairs. When I hit that area, it is very tender even years later. Thanks
