I think it would take more than one lemon per meal, and is it really the
lemon giving you energy, or is there a psychological element happening?
Also, did you always drink water? Because other drinks may lessen your
energy whereas water helps to hydrate and cleanse the body, which
usually gives you more energy. So the more water you drink, the more
likely you are to experience higher levels of energy during the day.

I know drinking lemon juice with warm water daily has helped me more
than I can share.
I get more done during the day.
yes I wouldn't want the whole lemon on my food, where if you did this
daily it would build up wouldn't it?
Grade a lemon or a couple keeping it in a bowl and adding to meals if
you wish?
