[Diabetes-talk] whole lemons

One thing lemons are showing promise for is dissolving gallstones. The
article at snopes.com is very interesting, because they're an excellent
fruit. But I wouldn't recommend leaving the second layer of the skin in
your cut-up lemon. That's where much of the bitterness comes from.
