You know, that doesn't sound as implausible as it seems. There are 
people who put chocolate in chili, so why not put chilis in chocolate.
I don't think the mexicans originaly used chocolate as a sweet treat, 
and when you think of how bitter really dark chocolate is, a fact which 
I rediscovered, when I bought the darkest chocolate bar I could find, 
it really isn't that surprising.
We're also discovering that salt brings out the flavor in chocolate. 
Just what we need.
