Is it really the cinnamon though? How can one really know this for sure?

I have heard that certain spices can act as an appetite suppressant, so
perhaps this is the real reason behind lower glucose levels. Just a
guess.

I have a friend who has a teaspoon of cinnamon each day.
Her sugars are lower.
The bite it has going down, will do one of two things, kill ya, ha or
cure ya you bet.
