Actually, I'm kind of disappointed. I like "poppers" -- roasted jalapeños,
either with or without breading so I was hoping the Powers That Be could
somehow coat them with chocolate. Ah well.

No, they aren't chocolate-covered jalapenos.  The jalapenos are pureed (I
assume), and mixed directly into the chocolate.  So you get the flavor.
