Subject: suvery about glucose detecting dogs

Dear Mr. Freeman,

Researchers are conducting a survey about the use of dogs for detecting
glucose levels in persons with diabetes. Could you please post this survey
link on your website, or forward it to your list serves so that anyone who
has had a dog that can (or was trained to) detect glucose levels can
respond?

The survey is approved by the Institutional Review Board at the University
of Connecticut School of Medicine, and all responses will be confidential.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Nancy M. Petry, Ph.D.
