[Diabetes-talk] Sugar drinks

I find the taste of tap water disgusting though. I grew up on purified
water. My parents had a Culligan machine, and we always bought bottled
water, so I'm use to the taste. Minnesota has amazing tap water though,
smile.

Bottled water is often no better and no worse than tap water throughout
the U.S. Also, unless you specifically buy distilled water, minerals
etc. Are not eliminated by using bottled water.
I just drink from the tap and don't worry about it.
