Hi Steve!
When I take a insulated brown bag it includes a chicken sandwich which has a
slice of cheese on it with mustard on the bread and dried cranberries and
lettuce on top. Also in the bag is a sliced up apple and veggies, such as
carrots, celery or bell peppers. If I need more I take a zip lock bad with
unsalted whole almonds, walnuts and tiny twist pretzels.
