Actually, my lunch choices are very similar to that of Joy. I keep lots of
nuts and peanut butter around the house so I can make something from that.
As for the meat. I use whatever happens to be in the frig:
meatloaf, turkey, burgers, chicken. I very seldom buy lunchmeat though.
Might occasionally buy ham or turkey. I'm a huge fan of nuts and probably
eat more fruit than I should. I also make sure to have lots of fresh
veggies: celery, carrots, radishes, cukes, and whatever.

As for drinks, I have a whole collection of travel mugs and water bottles.
When we first married, My husband couldn't believe we had five boxes of
travel mugs alone. Then there was the collection of NFB mugs.
I always carry a coffee mug and a water bottle wherever I go. I put
mustard, rather than mayo on my sandwiches. For one, less calories.
Secondly, Mayo will spoil if it's left out. I'm also a rye freak. I either
use rye or buy tortilla wraps. I'll eat anything in a wrap. Yum Yum!!
I've even been known to spread peanut butter on the wrap, roll it up and
wala--dindin!! Throw in a ziplock bag of fresh veggies and a piece of fruit
and Mmmmm Good!!!
