You are certainly not in the minority there! Sometimes I think I'd have
been better off to have been a more finicky eater. But the balance I try to
keep is to eat enough to enjoy life now without shortening it too much or
reducing the quality. That gives me permission to celebrate, but not to
celebrate with extras or lavish food every day. Then I try always to eat
foods I enjoy. You can't eat everything you enjoy every day, but to make
sure everything you eat is enjoyable is a good thing!
