[Diabetes-talk] Blood sugar levels and sleep.

Yes, we just celebrated his first birthday, and I can't believe how fast
a single year has flown by. As much as we can't wait for certain
milestones, I will miss these early days.

We are already trying to instill healthy eating habits in our kids. We
aren't fanatics, but no fastfood, we limit sugar, and I've been making
home-made baby food and introducing a variety of healthy greans, yellows
and fruits. He did have ice cream for his birthday and loved it, grin.

The three-year-old is another story. She's super picky, and what she
will eat at one meal, she won't touch it at another meal.

Every now and then though, a treat is okay.

Bridgit

Hi Bridget,
Well you definitely are getting a lot of exercise with a climbing busy
little one. Enjy this time, it goes too fast. I am sure your baby will
learn good eating habits which is great. Colleen Roth
