[Diabetes-talk] Recently DXED Pre-Diabetic

I find it interesting that those who shout the loudest against exercise
are those just not willing to make the adjustment, LOL! Seriously,
what's the difficulty, or tediousness in exercising? We're not talking
about 5 hour Olympic-training work-outs. Walk around the neighborhood,
take a class, hop on the treadmill while watching TV. I'm not a huge
athlete. I was a dancer for years and did do soccer and swimming in my
teens, but I've never been a big athlete; it's just something I feel
good about doing, and I find activities I enjoy.

Perhaps. But you really have to be into it. If you consider that
athletes are terminally mentally ill as I do, it's more of a chore.
