In general, meter accuracy is a rather complex subject. I presume she means
that if one takes a sample using one meter, then immediately puts another
blood sample on the second meter, the average difference is 10 mg/dl.

However, most inaccuracies have less to do with the meters than they do
differences in test strips and/or the circumstances under which the blood is
applied to said strips.

What do you mean you get a 10 number difference? from meter to meter? and
which meter do you fel is most accurate?
