The up- and down-arrow buttons are above the row of three buttons going
across the bottom of the meter. They are kind of on their own little
platform.

Are you sure you're using the prodigy Voice? The buttons are quite
distinctive.

Punch the righthand button momentarily. You'll be reviewing readings from
memory. Up- and down-arrow move you through the readings.

If you long-press that righthand button, you'll be displaying the averages.
