[Diabetes-talk] Anyone Else Having ProblemsOrderingTestingSupplies Through Medicare Approved Providers?

They put you on hold and after being on hold for at least 15-20 minutes, it 
goes directly to voicemail. You have no option  except to leave a message or 
hang up. You can not reach a live person to ask for a supervisor. I have 
been calling them for at least 10 days and this is maybe the second or third 
time I was able to get to a actual, living person.
